Day 1: Arrival in Amman, Airport Transfer and Free Day

Arrive any day in Amman. Upon your arrival in Amman, you will be met with our company representative in the arrivals area of the airport who will be holding a signboard with your name on it. After meet and greet, you will be transferred from the airport to your hotel in Amman. Rest of the day will be at leisure.

Day 2: Full Day Tour of Umm Qais — Jerash — Ajloun

Breakfast at your hotel and get ready for the amazing day tour in Amman. Visit Umm Qais which belonged to the famous Decapolis, a union of 10 cities, founded by Alexander the Great, where you have an overwhelming view over the north Jordan Valley. After that drive to Jerash, the best example of a Roman provincial city in the whole Middle East. Proceed to visit Oval Plaza, Roman colonnaded street, the Nymphaeum, and the Temple of Artemis. Continue to Ajloun the great 12th-century Islamic castle built around 1184-85 by the famous Islamic leader Salah al-Din. After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Amman.

Day 3: Full Day Tour of Madaba — Mt. Nebo — Dead Sea

After breakfast at the hotel. Begin your day tour to Madaba, the famous mosaic 6th-century map of Palestine in St. George’s church. After that move to Mt. Nebo, the place where Prophet Moses gazed at the promised land before he died. Continue to visit the old monastery and overlook the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth. The Dead Sea, where you have leisure time and relax. After finishing your full-day tour, you will transfer to your hotel in Petra for check-in.

Day 4: Half Day Tour of Petra and Drive to Amman — Free Time at Leisure

Breakfast at your hotel and visit Petra Jordan, Upon arrival you will meet your English speaking guide to enjoy a half-day tour to Petra from Aqaba Port, the Red Sea Rose. Visit The Siq (canyon), the main entrance to the ancient city of Petra in southern Jordan. The entrance to the Siq contains a huge dam, reconstructed in 1963 and again in 1991, designed to bar the mouth of the Siq and reroute the waters of Wadi Musa. Then continue your Petra Tour from Aqaba visiting The Treasury (El-Khazneh) which was probably constructed in the 1st century B.C. The Treasury is generally believed to be a temple or a royal tomb. The Treasury is carved out of solid rock and stands over 40 meters high. Your Petra tour includes a visit to The Roman Theatre, dating from the 1st century A.D. and was refurbished by the Romans after they annexed Nabatea in 106 A.D. It was capable of seating 8500, even more than the great theatre at Amman. End your Petra excursion by visiting The Royal Tombs and Qasr al-Bint built in the 1st century B.C. by Obodas III. The temple’s modern name, “Qasr al-Bint al-Faroun,” means “The Castle of the Daughter of Pharaoh”, Lunch will be served in a good restaurant in Petra, then drive back to Amman.

Day 5: Fly from Cairo to Amman (Flight Not Included)

After breakfast, you will proceed to Amman International Airport to board your international flight to Cairo. Upon landing in Cairo, our representative will greet you and assist with your transfer to your hotel for check-in. The remainder of the day is yours to relax or explore at your leisure.

Kindly note that the international flight fare from Amman to Cairo is not included in this tour package. Organizing and procuring this flight is the responsibility of the traveler.

Day 6: Fly to Aswan — Board Nile Cruise with Overnight Stay on board Cruise

Check out from your hotel in the early morning then transfer to Cairo airport with our travel representative for departure to Aswan where you will be met and assisted. Then transfer by a private air-conditioned vehicle to your Luxury Nile Cruise. Embarkation before lunch. Visit the High Dam, Unfinished Obelisk, and Philae Temple.

Day 7: Sail to Kom Ombo — Edfu — Esna with Overnight Stay on board Cruise

Breakfast on board. Sail to Kom Ombo, and visit the wonderful temple of Kom Ombo, the center of the worship of the god Sobek, the Crocodile god. Overlooking the River Nile, the temple of Kom Ombo is quite impressive and it consists in fact out of two temples; one is dedicated to Sobek, while the other is dedicated to Haroeris. Sail to Edfu, and visit the Temple of Edfu located almost halfway between Luxor and Aswan. The Temple is the best example of a preserved temple that dates back to the Ptolemaic period in Egypt. Sail to Esna.

Abu Simbel Temples: Embark on an early morning journey to the renowned Abu Simbel Temples. Noted for its grandeur, Abu Simbel ranks second in popularity only to the Grand Pyramids. This excursion is available at an additional cost of USD 150 per person.

Day 8: Sail to Luxor with West Bank Tour — Overnight Stay on board Cruise

Breakfast on board. Early sail to Luxor. Visit the city of Dead in the West Bank, and view the Valley of the Kings; the most important tomb in the Valley of the Kings is that of Tut Ankh Amun which was discovered intact by Howard Carter in 1922. The tombs are featured with their colorful wall paintings of mortuary scenes of ancient Egypt. Visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, built more than 3500 years ago; the temple is featured with its magnificent location at the bottom of one of the Theban Mountains, its imposing terraces, and many wonderful architectural features like the chambers of Anubis.

Day 9: Guided Tour of East Bank with Visit to Karnak Temple — Fly to Cairo and Transfer to Hotel

Breakfast on board, disembarkation at 8:00 am. Enjoy a guided tour to the East Bank, Karnak Temple & Luxor Temple. Lunch will be served in a local restaurant in Luxor. Later, you will be transferred to Luxor airport for your flight back to Cairo where you will be met and assisted and then escorted with our representative to your hotel in Cairo.

Day 10: Full-Day Cairo Tour with Excursion to Giza Pyramids & Egyptian Museum

Breakfast at your hotel, our travel professional and skillful tour guide will escort you to explore the secrets of the Pyramids of Giza, the most famous landmark of Egypt and one of the most astonishing monuments in the whole world. We will be visiting the Grand Pyramid of Cheops. This pyramid is gigantic. It is 137 meters in height and the length of each of its sides is 230 meters. There are more than two million stones that were used to build this pyramid. The second-largest pyramid in Giza is that of Khafre and the smallest belongs to Menkaure. The Sphinx is another breathtaking monument. We will be having lunch in one of the recommended local restaurants in the area of Giza. Then proceed to visit the Egyptian Museum which hosts more than 130,000 displays dating back to various periods of ancient Egyptian history. The most remarkable exhibits of the museum today include the golden collection of King Tut Ankh Amun. After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Cairo.

Day 11: Departure from Cairo – End of Tour Service
