This package provides a combination of destinations ranging from the Cycladic islands to Crete and even the coast of Turkey to create a unique experience to suit every need. The journey begins in Athens, a city steeped in historical landmarks, but also filled with contemporary architecture and modern attractions. From there you will embark upon your adventure in the Aegean with a trip to Mykonos, the cosmopolitan island in the heart of the Cyclades. Then comes Milos, for a taste of the quiet life. There you will explore the volcanic shoreline, colorful landscapes of unspoiled natural beauty, as well as serene beaches and uncrowded ancient sites. The two contrasts unite in your next destination, Santorini. The renowned island is sure to enchant you with its majestic scenery, vibrant colors, and light blue sea. Don’t miss out on seeing the caldera before watching the golden sunset with a glass of local wine in your hand.
Afterwards, you will proceed to Crete, the largest island in Greece and one of the most traditional when it comes to way of life. Known for its warm hospitality and local delicacies, Crete also gives you a chance to see how Venetian architecture has influenced the region. You will conclude your cruise in the orient with a visit to the resort of Kusadasi on the coast of Turkey, where east and west collide in the most magnificent way. This amalgamation is not the only experience to be had there, as an excursion to the famous sight of Ephesus is a can’t-miss.

Day 1: Thursday — Arrival at Athens
Arrive at any time. Upon your arrival in Athens, you will be met with our company representative in the arrivals area of the airport who will be holding a signboard with your name on it. After meet and greet, you will then be transferred from the airport to your hotel in Athens. After hotel check-in, the rest of the day is at leisure on your own.

Day 2: Friday — Athens Half-Day Sightseeing Tour
After breakfast, On your morning city tour, you will observe the striking contracts that make Athens such a fascinating city. Highlights include Constitution (Syntagma) Square at the center of the city, House of Parliament, Memorial to the Unknown Soldier, and National Library. Driving down Herod Atticus Street on the way to the Acropolis, you will see the Evzones in their colorful uniforms, the Presidential Palace, and the Panathenaic Stadium (where the first Olympic Games of the modern era were held in 1896). Enroute there is also a brief stop at the Temple of the Olympian Zeus and Hadrian’s Arch. At the Acropolis, you’ll visit its Museum and the architectural masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens: the Propylaea, Temple of Athens Nike, Erechteion, and the monument that symbolizes Greece, the Parthenon. After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel at 1:30 pm.

Day 3: Saturday – Embark on Cruise
Noon transfer from your hotel to the port for embarkation on your cruise ship.

Day 4: Sunday — Kusadasi
Morning arrival in the Turkish port of Kusadasi, with a shore excursion to Ancient Ephesus (KUS-02).

Day 5: Monday — Rhodes
Early morning call at the magnificent island of Rhodes, with Medieval Tour-Acropolis of Lindos and the Citadel of the Knights (RHO-01).

Day 6: Tuesday — Crete (Agios Nikolaos)
In the morning you will arrive at Crete island. Along the spectacular Cretan coast east of Heraklion, you will find the energetic resort towns of Hersonissos and Malia and also the capital of the Lassithi region, Agios Nikolaos. The charming resort town, whose name (Saint Nicholas in English) refers to Greece’s patron saint of sailors, fronts the wide blue bay of Mirabello. The town’s landmark around the lake Voulismeni-where the goddess Athena is said to have bathed-connects to the sea.

Day 7: Wednesday — Santorini
Arriving in the morning at the island of Santorini. Until the following morning, you are free to explore the volcanic island and its stunning caldera. Perched on the edge of steep cliffs, the picturesque villages of Santorini offer great views of the Aegean Sea and the submerged volcano. Apart from the caldera villages with the traditional Cycladic architecture, such as Oia and Fira, there are many sights to visit in Santorini, of which the most important one is the Minoan Akrotiri.

Day 8: Thursday — Milos & Mykonos
Early morning arrival in Milos, another volcanic island, whose unique geology offers marvelous views and opportunities for photographs that will keep this vacation etched in your memory forever. Afternoon arrival at the island of Mykonos. 24 hours at disposal in Mykonos island.

Day 9: Friday – Mykonos
You have the morning free to explore the cosmopolitan island. Departure from Mykonos in the evening.

Morning arrival in Athens at the Piraeus port. You will be met by our assistant and transferred by our taxi driver to your selected hotel in Athens. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 11: Sunday – Departure from Athens
After breakfast, you will check out from your hotel in Athens (hotel check-out is before 11:00 am) and will then be transferred to the Athens International airport according to your flight details. This will be the end of our tour and services.
