7-Day Cairo and Nile Cruise Tour

Day 1: Arrival in Cairo, Airport Transfer and Free Day

Upon your arrival at Cairo Airport, our company representative will be ready to welcome you in the arrivals area. Look for a signboard bearing your name. After a warm meet and greet, you’ll be transferred from the airport to your hotel in Cairo. The rest of the day is yours to relax and enjoy at your leisure.

Day 2: Pyramids and Egypt Museum Tour

Day 3: Fly from Cairo to Aswan – Nile Cruise (Departs: Mon, Wed, Fri)

Breakfast at the hotel. Today, transfer to the airport for a short flight to Aswan, situated on the Nile River and known for its great importance to the Ancient Egyptian civilization. On arrival at Aswan Airport, you will be greeted and assisted by Our guide who will escort you for an amazing tour of the Aswan High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk, and the Temple of Philae in Aswan. After the tour, you will be transferred to your Nile Cruise Boat in Aswan for embarkation with lunch, afternoon tea, and overnight in Aswan.

Day 4: Aswan – Kom Ombo – Edfu

A picturesque sail on to Kom Ombo passing through the modern architecture of the spectacular Aswan Bridge with breakfast aboard the Nile cruise boat. On arrival at Kom Ombo, you will be accompanied by your tour guide to visit the Temple shared by the two Gods Sobek and Haroeris. After your fascinating tour, Lunch on board will be followed by sailing on to Edfu for your tour of Horus Temple. Afternoon Tea will be served on the top deck whilst sailing on to Luxor via Esna lock to which you will get the opportunity to see local life and take some memorable pictures. Dinner and overnight stay aboard the Nile Cruise Ship in Luxor.

Note: On this day, you have the option to join a group tour to the Abu Simbel Temples. This is not included in the standard package and will require an additional payment of USD 150 per person (pp). Early morning pickup for this tour is around 3:40 AM.

Day 5: Edfu – Luxor (East Bank)

Today, the cruise ship finally arrives at the terminal city, of Luxor. After disembarkation, you will be taken to the downtown area near the east bank of Luxor to uncover the biggest and oldest temple of Thebes, the Karnak Temple. Ambling inside the temple, your eyes will be feasted with abundant cultural relics including sculptures, frescos, and stone pillars. Afterwards, you will move on to the Luxor Temple located in the city center. Its reliefs, corridors, and columns are particularly gorgeous after nightfall when it is fully illuminated by dazzling lights. At the end of the tour, you will be transferred back to the cruise again for tonight’s accommodation.

Day 6: Luxor (West Bank) – Fly back to Cairo

Disembarkation after breakfast, our air-conditioned vehicle will escort you to the Valley of Kings, the home to mausoleums of Pharaohs for generations. Our guide will pick the most unique one, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, for you to uncover the legendary stories of the female Queen of Egypt. Then you will drop by the time-weathered Colossi of Memnon and have a close glimpse of two sculptures of Pharaoh Amenhotep III. At the end of the tour, you will return to Luxo to board your return flight to Cairo. Upon arrival in Cairo, you will check in to your hotel in Cairo.

Day 7: Departure from Cairo – End of Tour Service

After breakfast, you will check out from your hotel in Cairo (hotel check-out is before 12:00 noon) and will then be transferred to the Cairo International Airport according to your flight details. This will be the end of our tour and services.
