3 days is enough for Istanbul only. You can see the major highlights (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Bosphorus) comfortably. However, you will not have time for Cappadocia, Pamukkale, or the coast. If Turkey is your main destination, consider at least 5-7 days.
Budget travelers can manage on €150-250 total (hostels, street food, public transport). Mid-range travelers should budget €350-600 (3-4 star hotels, restaurants, guided tours). Luxury travelers can spend €800-1500+ (5-star hotels, private guides, fine dining).
