Pamukkale and Hierapolis ancient city Tour

You will be picked up from your city center or airport hotels in Izmir around 6:30 am and taken to the meeting point in Selçuk, where the full group will first meet. The tour will begin with a drive from Selçuk at 8:30 am to Pamukkale, which will take approximately 3 hours. During the journey, there will be a short 10-minute restroom break around 10:00 am.

The group is expected to arrive in Pamukkale at approximately 11:45 am, where you will first enjoy a lunch break at a local restaurant. After lunch, at around 1:00 pm, the guided tour of Pamukkale and Hierapolis will start, led by a professional licensed tour guide.

In Pamukkale, you will have the opportunity to explore the iconic Cotton Cliffs, a natural wonder created by the accumulation of mineral-rich deposits that form stunning white travertine terraces. You will also visit the ancient city of Hierapolis, where you can admire historical structures such as the basilica, the grand theatre, and the Roman Baths.

At the end of the guided tour, there will be free time for you to explore the area on your own. If you wish, you can swim in the Pamukkale Antique Pools, which offer a unique experience of relaxing in thermal waters surrounded by ancient ruins. Please note that entry to the Antique Pools is not included in the tour price. The guide will inform you of the exact meeting point and time to regroup.
