How can I make an online reservation?
You can easily book this 8-day Turkey tour using the online booking form on the tour page — simply select your preferred start date and number of travelers to receive instant confirmation. If you have custom requests or questions about group departures, our team is also available by email or phone to assist you personally.
How can we make payment?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through our secure payment gateway, as well as bank transfers. For advance bookings, you may also choose to secure your spot with a deposit and settle the balance closer to your departure date.
When will I receive confirmation after making a reservation?
You'll receive an instant email confirmation with your booking details as soon as your reservation is processed. Your final travel voucher — including hotel addresses, airport pickup details, and your domestic flight information — will be sent 24 to 48 hours before the tour begins.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your tour or change your travel dates, please notify us at least 5 days before the tour start date. Please note that flight and bus tickets are non-refundable. Therefore, the cost of these tickets will be deducted from the amount you have paid, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you. For cancellations or date changes made less than 5 days before the tour start date, no refund will be issued, and the booking will be treated under our no-show policy.
Is the hot air balloon ride included in this tour?
The famous Cappadocia hot air balloon ride is not included in this package, as it operates as a separate optional activity subject to weather conditions. With two nights at a cave hotel in Cappadocia, you'll have the perfect opportunity to add a sunrise balloon flight — just let your guide or our team know in advance and we'll gladly help arrange it.
What is the luggage allowance for the domestic flight to Cappadocia?
The included Istanbul–Cappadocia domestic flight typically allows around 15 kg of checked baggage and one piece of cabin luggage, though allowances can vary by airline. We recommend packing light for this leg, and if you're carrying extra luggage, please inform us in advance so we can arrange additional allowance where possible.
What type of hotels are included in this tour?
This tour features 7 nights of carefully selected accommodation, including two nights in an atmospheric cave hotel in Cappadocia and a thermal hotel in Pamukkale where you can enjoy the natural mineral waters. All hotels are comfortable, well-located, and include daily breakfast, with two dinners provided in Pamukkale.
What should I wear when visiting mosques like the Blue Mosque?
When visiting religious sites such as the Blue Mosque in Istanbul, both men and women should dress modestly, with shoulders and knees covered, and shoes are removed before entering. Women are asked to cover their hair, so we recommend bringing a light scarf — many sites also provide coverings at the entrance if needed.
How long are the drives between cities on this tour?
This tour combines domestic flights with scenic intercity drives to keep travel comfortable. The longest road journey is on Day 5 from Cappadocia to Pamukkale via Konya, crossing the Anatolian plains with rest stops along the way, while shorter coach transfers connect Pamukkale, Kusadasi, and Ephesus — all aboard an air-conditioned tour bus.
Can I swim in the thermal pools at Pamukkale?
Yes — staying at a thermal hotel in Pamukkale means you can soak in the mineral-rich warm waters during your free evening. At the Pamukkale site itself, you may walk barefoot along the white travertine terraces, and the famous Cleopatra Antique Pool near Hierapolis is also available to swim in for an optional separate fee.
Is Turkey safe for tourists?
Turkey is a popular and welcoming destination that warmly receives millions of travelers each year, and the destinations on this tour — Istanbul, Cappadocia, Konya, Pamukkale, and Ephesus — are well-established tourist regions. Traveling as part of a guided group with an experienced English-speaking guide adds an extra layer of comfort and security throughout your journey.
Do I need a visa to visit Turkey?
Many nationalities can enter Turkey visa-free or with a simple online e-Visa, which can be obtained quickly through the official Turkish e-Visa portal before departure. Visa requirements depend on your passport, so we recommend checking your specific eligibility well ahead of your travel date and ensuring your passport is valid for at least six months.
Will I travel with the same group and guide throughout the tour?
Our multi-day Turkey packages are regular group/shared tour arrangements, not fully escorted tours with one tour leader and the same guests from arrival to departure. Sightseeing tours are shared and usually operate with about 15-25 guests, but group size and participants may change by city or day as travelers join or leave different scheduled tours. Licensed English-speaking guides lead scheduled sightseeing visits only. Guides do not travel with guests on domestic flights, intercity buses, airport transfers, hotel transfers, or free-time periods unless this is specifically stated in the itinerary. For flights, buses, and transfers, guests are met by our driver or local representative at airports, bus terminals, or hotels and assisted with the planned transfer. One Nation Travel coordinates the full itinerary, hotels, domestic tickets, transfers, local guides, and support throughout the trip.
