My sister, mom, and I did the 11-Day Istanbul, Cappadocia, Ephesus, and Ankara tour. From the time I booked till the very end communication was excellent. Cam my company contact kept me updated on all details via WhatsApp. All airport, hotel, and tour pickups were on time. The company itself does not conduct the tours, they contract local tour guides. All of our tours were small which we loved- the max we had on one tour was 14 people. The hotels we stayed in were comfortable, clean, and the breakfast was good. We did book a separate hotel in Cappadocia because we wanted to stay in Gerome- they did credit us some money which was nice. The tours do include shopping stops which some people consider tourist traps but this is the itinerary of all tours no matter the company unless you do private tours which of course is way more expensive. Overall, I would say it’s an excellent company and very well priced. I would definitely recommend their services and I would book with them again.
