Tour Reservation Policy for One Nation Travel Agency:

To reserve a tour, please fill out the online payment deposit form with all the required details, including the full names of clients as they appear on their passports. The form must be completely and legibly filled out, signed by the clients, and sent to us, indicating agreement with our company policies. This authorizes Onenationtravel.com to proceed with the tour booking and charge the client’s credit or debit card.

A 30% deposit of the total tour price is required to secure your reservation and receive tour confirmation. The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon arrival in Istanbul or via credit/debit card. Please note, if using a credit/debit card for the remaining balance, a 5% bank processing fee will be applied. If applicable, domestic flight/bus tickets will be purchased only after the deposit has been made.

Please Note: Some tours may require full payment at the time of booking as per the itinerary. This payment can be made via credit card.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:

• If the tour is canceled 5 or more business days prior to the start date, a refund of the total amount paid will be made, excluding the cost of domestic flight and/or bus tickets. Once the deposit or full payment is made, domestic flight and/or bus tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• If canceled within 5 business days of the tour start date, a refund will be made, excluding the cost of the domestic flight and/or bus tickets and the first night’s hotel stay. These costs will NOT BE REFUNDED.
• For cancellations within 48 hours of the tour start date, NO REFUNDS will be made.

Administration Fee: A non-refundable administration fee of 10% of the total tour package price per person will be charged for ALL cancellations. This fee covers the costs of processing your reservation and applies regardless of the tour start date.

IMPORTANT: The administration fee is in addition to any cancellation/refund policy charges described above.

Special Notes:

• To protect your personal property, always keep valuable items with you. Onenationtravel.com, local operators, drivers, and tour guides are not responsible for any theft or loss at any location.
• Airport transfers are provided via shared shuttle service, so there may be waiting times for other passengers.
• If the itinerary includes a shopping stop, the entire group will visit the shop. While purchasing is optional, you may need to wait for other group members who choose to shop. For a customized private tour with no shopping stops, please contact us.

Important Notice:

• Please use your own credit or debit card for payment.
• At least one passenger should be the cardholder.
• If another person not on the tour is paying, please have them send an authorization letter and a copy of their ID to [email protected] immediately after payment.
