Begin your visit by walking through the Siq, a dramatic 1.2-kilometer narrow gorge framed by towering 80-meter cliffs. As you emerge from the canyon, the first glimpse of the iconic Treasury (Al-Khazneh) — with its intricately carved facade — is a moment you’ll never forget.

After breakfast, around 9:00 AM, meet your private guide for a half-day tour of Amman, often called the White City for the pale limestone used in much of its architecture. One of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world, Amman blends layers of Roman, Byzantine, Umayyad, and modern history.

Begin at the Roman Amphitheater, a magnificent 6,000-seat theater carved into the hillside in the 2nd century AD and still remarkably well preserved. Continue to the Citadel (Jabal al-Qal’a), perched on the highest hill in the city.
