Turkey, handled properly for travel advisors
A licensed Turkish tour operator working directly with travel advisors and tour operators across the United States and Canada. You keep the client relationship — we handle everything on the ground.
- TÜRSAB 6079
- Operating since 2008
- 4-hour partner replies
- We never undercut you
Why advisors work with us
We answer fast
The most common complaint we hear about Turkish suppliers is silence. We commit to
replying to partner enquiries within four working hours — quotes, changes, questions
during travel. If your client is standing in a hotel lobby in Istanbul, you need an
answer now, not tomorrow.
We never undercut you
This is the one that matters most, so it is worth being explicit: we do not sell
below our published retail price, and we ask the same of you. When you quote a
client and they check our website, they see the same number. No advisor should ever lose
a booking because their supplier competed with them.
Documents that make you look good
Every booking generates a proper confirmation document — itinerary, pickup arrangements,
guide and driver contact details, sent by email and WhatsApp. Your client receives
something professional with their trip clearly laid out. Many suppliers still send a
paragraph in an email.
A licensed operator, not a middleman
We are licensed by TÜRSAB, the Turkish travel agency association, and have been operating
since 2008. More than 10,000 travellers have travelled with us. Our team is in Turkey,
which is why we can fix things while your client is still there.
How we work with you
Commission
Most advisors work with us on commission. Your client books and pays us directly by card
on our secure page — you never handle card details. Commission is confirmed at the time
of booking, paid after travel is completed, in a monthly batch. Rates depend on whether
the booking is a day tour or a multi-day package, and increase as your production grows.
Net rates
If you are a tour operator building your own Turkey product and prefer to mark up, we
work on net rates too. Tell us when you apply and we will set your account up that way.
Groups
Church groups, alumni associations, photography clubs and school trips are a large part
of what we do — Ephesus and the Seven Churches, Cappadocia, Istanbul, Pamukkale. Group
organisers who are not travel agencies work with us on a tour conductor basis: a set
number of paying travellers earns a free place on land services. Ask us and we will
quote your itinerary properly.
What you get when you are approved
- Your commission shown on every tour page while you are signed in — no separate price list to keep up with
- A payment link you send to your client, so the booking is credited to you automatically
- Advance client registration — name your traveller and they are credited to you however they end up booking
- A downloadable rate sheet for your whole catalogue
- A statement showing what is pending, what is earned and what has been paid
Who can apply
We work with accredited travel advisors and agencies in the United States and Canada.
Any one of the following is enough — you do not need your own IATA number,
and most advisors do not have one:
- IATA / IATAN, ARC, CLIA (EMBARC ID), IATA TIDS or TRUE
- TICO (Ontario), OPC (Quebec) or Consumer Protection BC
- ASTA or ACTA membership
- Or simply the name and number of the host agency you trade under — Fora, Travel Leaders, Nexion, TTAND and others are all fine
Tour operators and group organisers are welcome too; select the right option on the form
and we will set your account up accordingly.
Questions advisors ask us
Commission, payment terms and the practical details — before you apply, not after.
What commission do I earn?
New partners start at 8% on day tours and 12% on multi-day packages. That rises to 10% / 14% at Preferred and 12% / 16% at Elite as your production grows — you can see your progress toward the next tier in your portal. A small number of tours where entrance fees or flights make up most of the cost carry a reduced rate; those are marked in your rate sheet, never hidden.
When and how am I paid?
Commission is confirmed the moment your client books, and released once travel is completed. We pay monthly in one batch rather than per booking — an international transfer per day tour would cost more in bank charges than the commission is worth. Payments go by Wise or bank transfer, in USD. The minimum payment is $100.00; anything below that simply rolls into the following month.
Why is commission paid after travel rather than at booking?
Because a booking is not revenue until the trip happens. If we paid at booking and the client later cancelled or disputed the card charge, we would be refunding the traveller and chasing the commission back from you — an awkward conversation neither of us wants. Paying after travel keeps every statement final.
My client pays you directly. How do I know the booking is credited to me?
Three ways, and you can use whichever suits the client. You can make the booking yourself in the portal. You can send your client a payment link generated in your portal — it carries your partner ID. Or you can register the client in advance by name and email, and any booking they make in the next 30 days is yours, on any device, even if they come back to us through Google. You will see it appear on your statement either way.
Can I send you my client's card details to charge?
No — and please do not, even by encrypted message. Your client enters their own card on our secure payment page, reached through the link you send them. This protects your client, protects you, and keeps card data out of both our inboxes. It is the one rule we will not bend.
Will you undercut the price I quote my client?
No. We do not sell below our published retail price, and we ask you not to advertise below it either. If your client checks our website after you quote them, they see the same number you gave them. No advisor should lose a booking because their supplier competed with them.
Do I need my own IATA number?
No, and most advisors do not have one. IATA, IATAN, ARC, CLIA, TIDS or TRUE all work — as do TICO, OPC and Consumer Protection BC in Canada, and ASTA or ACTA membership. If you trade under a host agency such as Fora, Travel Leaders, Nexion or TTAND, just tell us which one; that is enough.
What happens if my client cancels or changes dates?
A date change carries your commission to the new travel date — nothing is lost. A cancellation or no-show earns no commission, and neither do cancellation fees, since those cover our costs rather than represent a sale. If a group of ten travels as six, commission is settled on the six who actually went.
I am a tour operator and prefer to mark up. Can I have net rates?
Yes. Select "Tour operator" on the application and we will set your account up on net rates instead of commission: you receive our price less an agreed discount, you collect from your client, and you keep whatever margin you build on top. Settlement is due before your travellers arrive in Turkey.
I organise a church or alumni group rather than an agency. Does that work?
It works very well — Ephesus and the Seven Churches, Cappadocia and Istanbul are a large part of what we do. Group organisers who are not travel agencies usually prefer a free place to a commission cheque: every 15 paying travellers earns one complimentary place on land services, flights excluded. No invoicing, no bank transfers, no tax paperwork.
Is there a joining fee or a minimum volume?
Neither. There is no fee, no annual minimum and no exclusivity. If you send us one booking a year, you are still a partner and you still get paid.
How long does approval take, and how fast will you answer once I am in?
Applications are reviewed by a person, normally within one working day. After that we commit to answering partner enquiries within 4 working hours — quotes, changes, and questions while your client is travelling. Slow replies are the most common complaint advisors have about suppliers in this region, so we treat that number as a promise rather than an aspiration.
Something not covered here? Apply and ask us in the form — we answer real questions from real advisors every day.
Apply for a partner account
Applications are reviewed by a person, normally within one working day. We ask for very
little now — banking and tax details are only needed later, when your first commission is
due.
