Cameika C. –
We are very happy with the service provided by One Nation Travel. To be honest, I don’t know how they do it!! Coordinating all the drivers & transportation, agents, hotels, domestic fights, tour guides, venues etc. all in multiple countries without incident is quite remarkable. They never dropped the ball, not even once and everything was very well executed! We are a family of five with 3 boys ages 13, 11, and 6 and we chose the 21-day Egypt, Jordan, Turkey tour package. It was intense as we were always on the move so pack comfy closed-toe shoes, you will be doing ALOT of walking. The tours were mostly educational with very knowledgeable local tour guides and not really activity-based so my kids were bored at times. But One Nation Travel was accomodating and changed our itinerary a couple of times on the fly to satisfy our restless kiddos. They were thrilled about the private boat ride to a Nubian village, holding a crocodile, sampling tea in a local’s house, and frolicking on the beach. All contacts were available anytime and answered all my messages very promptly. We always felt safe and well taken care of.
We travelled Jun6-28 when temperatures were 35-45 degrees so I’d recommend going when it’s not so hot especially if you have kids. There were some small hiccups along the way outside of anyone’s control but One Nation Travel always made sure we were happy in the end, even if it was at their expense. They are very concerned about customer service. Thank you to Can Berber for orchestrating an unforgettable experience that will go down in the record books. We can’t wait for our next adventure!!
