I was looking for a tour operator that could offer a comprehensive experience in Turkey, as this was my first time in country. I found it with One Nation Tours. Our coordinator for our trip was Can Berber, who proved to be professional, efficient, and very responsive. He was available whenever we needed him, and our trip ran very smoothly with him in charge. Our guides in all locations were extremely knowledgeable and very enthusiastic. We learned so much about Turkey and I would highly recommend this travel agency.

Just completed this 8 day turkey- Jordan tour, organizing zed by one nation. Scheduling , activities and connections were expertly coordinated, and tour guides at each site (Elim for Istanbul, Metin for Cappadocia, and Mustafa for Jordan) were uniformly friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable resulting in great tour experiences . Our contact, Cam Berber, was also most reliable and prompt in fixing any minor glitches. All services were provided exactly as advertised and I felt the overall price was a bargain. The sights were breathtaking. Below are a few of my suggestions.

The free time at Hierapolis and Ephesus on the second and third days was very limited, which made it difficult for us to thoroughly explore each site.

The itinerary included many shopping stops. I believe the itinerary should disclose the shopping stops for each day along with the time allocated for them, rather than just adding a note at the end stating, "The regular group tour has shopping stops included in the tour." It became dull and felt like a waste of time, especially since we visited a leather factory and a gemstone shop on two consecutive days.

On the third day, we were taken to Izmir Airport before 5:00 PM for a flight to Kayseri at 8:45 PM. If we could have taken an earlier flight or delayed the transfer to the airport, it would have helped us avoid the long wait at the airport.

We had a very good tour in Turkey. One Nation is very organized, we had small groups (never more than 8) and good tour guides. Their representative was always available if we lost our group or had any questions. Very good customer service. I would definitely use them again Be aware that every local tour in Turkey seems to come with two “sales” stops each day so we ended up at three rug demonstrations designed to sell us Turkish rugs. Every person we met regardless of tour company had this experience. I do highly recommend One Nation.

Thank you Can for your help organising our Gallipoli Tour from our Ship in Istanbul. Our Driver Baris, was courteous & drove us each way which was many hours safely & checking to see if we were comfortable or needed water or stops. Our Guide Hasan was respectful our our ANZAC soldiers & explained in depth as well has having maps & photos. It was an emotional day though we would thoroughly recommend if interested in 25th April.
