Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, usually between late morning and afternoon depending on your flight schedule, you will be met by our local representative after customs holding a sign with your name. You will then be assisted with your luggage and transferred privately to your hotel in Cairo.

After breakfast at the hotel, around 8:30 AM meet your private guide and drive to the Giza Plateau, home to the legendary Pyramids of Giza. Following breakfast, check out of your Cairo hotel around 7:00 AM and transfer by private vehicle to Cairo Airport for your domestic flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, meet your private guide and begin exploring ancient Thebes, one of the most powerful religious and political centers of pharaonic Egypt. Your first visit is Karnak Temple, the vast temple complex dedicated primarily to Amun-Ra. Built and expanded over more than two thousand years, Karnak contains monumental pylons, sacred lakes, obelisks, chapels, and the remarkable Hypostyle Hall with its towering columns. Around 1:00 PM, pause for lunch at a local restaurant, with the menu and timing arranged to suit your pace. In the afternoon, continue to Luxor Temple, constructed mainly by Amenhotep III and Ramses II for rituals and festivals connected to kingship and the god Amun. The avenue, statues, carved reliefs, and refined architectural details make this one of the most elegant temple sites in Egypt. After breakfast at the hotel, around 8:00 AM meet your private guide and cross to the West Bank of the Nile, the ancient necropolis of Thebes. Begin at the Colossi of Memnon, two massive seated statues of Amenhotep III that once guarded his mortuary temple. Continue into the desert hills to visit the Valley of the Kings, where pharaohs of the New Kingdom were buried in richly decorated rock-cut tombs. Your guide will explain the symbolism of the wall paintings, the journey to the afterlife, and the discovery of famous royal tombs, including that of Tutankhamun. The drive typically takes about three hours, depending on traffic. Begin with the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, the largest known Roman burial site in Egypt and a compelling blend of Egyptian, Greek, and Roman artistic traditions. Continue to Qaitbay Citadel, a 15th-century defensive fortress standing on the site traditionally associated with the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. From the ramparts, enjoy views of the Mediterranean coastline and old harbor. Around 1:30 PM, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, with the option to try fresh seafood or classic Egyptian dishes according to your preference. In the afternoon, visit Montazah Royal Palaces and Gardens, known for landscaped grounds, rare trees, and seaside views connected to Egypt’s royal family. Depending on your international flight time, you may have a short period at leisure to pack, relax in the lobby, or take a final look at the city from your hotel area. Standard check-out is usually around 12:00 PM, although late check-out may be requested in advance and is subject to hotel availability and possible extra charges. At the confirmed time, our representative will meet you at the hotel and assist with your private transfer to Cairo International Airport. We recommend arriving at the airport approximately three hours before an international departure, and your transfer time will be planned accordingly.
