Welcome to Egypt! Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, our representative will meet and assist you with airport procedures. You will then be transferred to your hotel in a private air-conditioned vehicle. After breakfast at your hotel, your private guide will pick you up to begin a journey through ancient history. You will explore the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, a remarkable example of the fusion of Roman and Egyptian cultures, and visit Pompey’s Pillar. You will also see the Citadel of Qaitbay, built on the site of the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria, and admire the modern architecture of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina. After enjoying lunch at a seaside restaurant, you will travel back to Cairo. Overnight in Cairo.

Early in the morning, you will check out from your hotel and transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, our representative will meet you and transfer you to board your 5-star Nile Cruise. You will visit the engineering marvel of the Aswan High Dam, followed by a boat trip to the beautiful Temple of Philae, dedicated to the goddess Isis and located on an island in the Nile. You will return to the ship for lunch and enjoy a relaxing afternoon sailing the Nile. Overnight Aboard the Nile Cruise.
After breakfast on board, you will sail towards Kom Ombo. You will disembark to visit the unique Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to two gods: the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Horus. Returning to the ship, you will sail to Edfu, where you will take a horse-drawn carriage to visit the remarkably preserved Temple of Edfu. After breakfast, you will cross to the West Bank of Luxor to explore the city of the dead. Your tour includes the famous Valley of the Kings, where you can enter several royal tombs. After enjoying your final breakfast on board, you will disembark from the Nile Cruise to begin your exploration of the East Bank of Luxor. Your journey starts at the massive Karnak Temple complex, the largest religious building ever constructed. Here, you will walk through the impressive Great Hypostyle Hall with its forest of giant pillars and admire the Sacred Lake. Next, you will visit the majestic Luxor Temple, situated in the center of the city, where you can marvel at the granite statues of Ramses II and the historic Avenue of Sphinxes. After breakfast, you will be picked up for a tour of Cairo’s ancient surroundings. You will visit the Saqqara Necropolis to see the Step Pyramid of Djoser, the oldest stone structure in the world. Next, you will proceed to the ancient capital of Memphis to view the massive statue of Ramses II and the Alabaster Sphinx. Upon arrival at Queen Alia International Airport, our representative will welcome you and assist with your transfer to your hotel in Amman. After breakfast, your driver will take you on a scenic drive to the Roman ruins of Jerash, set in the hills of Gilead. Upon arrival, you will join a 1-hour guided tour to explore the best-preserved example of a Roman provincial city in the Middle East, visiting landmarks such as the Hippodrome, the spectacular Forum, the Roman Colonnaded Street, the Nymphaeum, the Temple of Artemis, and the North Theatre. No, the international flight from Cairo to Amman (Day 9) is not included in the package. This allows you the flexibility to choose your preferred airline and departure time. However, our team will be waiting at Amman Airport to welcome you and handle your transfer regardless of your arrival time.
To align perfectly with the Nile Cruise departures, you can start this tour on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays. Starting on these specific days ensures a seamless transition between Cairo sightseeing and your 5-star Nile Cruise experience.
Breakfast is included daily at all hotels. In Jordan, we have specially included lunches during your full-day tours of Jerash/Amman and Petra to save you time and provide a taste of local cuisine. In Jordan, you will travel in a well-maintained, clean, and fully air-conditioned private vehicle. The tour involves a moderate amount of walking, especially at the Giza Pyramids, Jerash, and Petra. In Petra, the walk through the Siq to the Treasury is approximately 1.2 km. We recommend comfortable walking shoes. If you have mobility concerns, please let us know so we can arrange alternative transportation like golf carts where available.
Yes, most nationalities require a visa for both countries. For Egypt, you must apply for an e-visa online before your departure. For Jordan, the visa is obtained on arrival at Amman Airport. Our local representatives in both Cairo and Amman will be waiting for you at the airport to assist you with the entry procedures and visa processes to ensure a smooth arrival.
When and how will my card be charged?
After you book online, we do not charge your card immediately. We first send you a verification email to double-check your travel dates and the total price. Your card will only be charged after you reply to that email with your official approval. We accept Visa and Mastercard (credit or debit), and the full amount is processed at once.
Can I use someone else’s credit card for my reservation?
No. For security purposes, the credit card used for the booking must belong to at least one of the travelers in your group. This policy is in place to protect both you and our company from unauthorized transactions.
What is the next step after my payment is processed?
Once the payment is successful, you must email us clear copies of the passports for all travelers. We need these documents immediately to finalize your domestic flights in Egypt, your Nile Cruise cabin, and hotel reservations.
When will I receive my final tour documents?
Your final tour confirmation and all travel details will be sent to your email address within 7 days after your payment is completed and passport copies are received. At that time, we will fully confirm all your arrangements.
