Alternatively, you can contact our team via email or phone if you’d like to customize any aspect of the trip or have special requests before confirming.
One Nation Travel offers flexible payment options to make booking your 7-Day Turkey tour convenient and hassle-free. You can pay securely online using major credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard, or opt for a direct bank transfer if you prefer. A partial deposit can be made at the time of booking to reserve your place on the Istanbul, Cappadocia, and Ankara itinerary, with the final balance due prior to your tour departure date.
You’ll receive an instant email confirmation with your booking summary as soon as your reservation is processed. Your final tour voucher, which includes all hotel details, airport pickup instructions, and your group guide’s contact information, will be sent 24–48 hours before your Day 1 arrival in Istanbul.
For cancellations or date changes made at least 5 days prior to the start of your 7-day Turkey tour, a refund will be issued minus the cost of any pre-purchased flight and bus tickets, as these are non-refundable. If you cancel or request a change within 5 days of the tour’s departure date, the entire amount paid is non-refundable under our “no-show” policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case unexpected circumstances arise.
The hot air balloon ride is not included in the standard tour package, as it operates independently based on weather conditions and availability. However, your guide can help you arrange this iconic experience as an optional add-on during your stay in Cappadocia — balloon flights typically take place at sunrise on either Day 4 or Day 5. We highly recommend booking in advance, especially during peak season, as spots fill up quickly.
When visiting the Blue Mosque and other active religious sites, both men and women should dress modestly — shoulders and knees must be covered, and women are required to wear a headscarf. It’s a good idea to carry a light scarf in your day bag, though some mosques provide coverings at the entrance. Your group guide will remind everyone of dress codes before each visit so you’ll always be prepared.
The tour is designed to minimize travel fatigue with a smart mix of flights and overland transfers. Your domestic flight from Istanbul to Kayseri (Cappadocia) on Day 3 takes about 1.5 hours, and the intercity bus from Cappadocia to Ankara on Day 5 is approximately 3.5–4 hours through scenic Turkish countryside. The return flight from Ankara to Istanbul on Day 6 is around 1 hour, keeping the journey smooth and efficient.
Domestic flights within Turkey typically allow one checked bag of up to 15 kg and one carry-on bag of up to 8 kg, though exact allowances may vary by airline. Your final tour voucher will include specific airline and luggage details for the Istanbul-to-Kayseri and Ankara-to-Istanbul flights. We recommend packing a smaller overnight bag for the Cappadocia and Ankara legs to make transfers between cities more convenient.
Many nationalities can obtain an e-Visa online before traveling to Turkey through the official Turkish e-Visa website, while citizens of some countries can enter visa-free for short stays. We recommend checking your country’s specific visa requirements at least a few weeks before your trip, as processing times can vary. Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your planned entry date into Turkey.
The best time for this tour is during spring (April–June) and autumn (September–November), when temperatures are pleasant for sightseeing and crowds are more manageable across all three destinations. Summer (July–August) is warm and vibrant but can be hot in Cappadocia and Ankara, while winter offers fewer tourists and a magical snow-covered landscape in Cappadocia, though some outdoor activities may be limited. This tour operates year-round, so your guide will tailor the experience to make the most of each season.
