Begin with a visit to the historic Hanging Church (El Muallaqa), one of the oldest churches in Egypt, built on the remains of two Roman towers. Continue to the Ben Ezra Synagogue, believed to mark the spot where baby Moses was found.
Next, visit the Citadel of Saladin, an impressive medieval fortress dominating Cairo’s skyline (optional). Inside, you’ll explore the beautiful Mosque of Muhammad Ali, also known as the Alabaster Mosque, and enjoy panoramic views across the city.

After breakfast at your hotel, you will be transferred to Cairo Airport for your morning flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, a One Nation Travel representative will meet you and introduce you to your Egyptologist guide, who will accompany you on a tour of Aswan’s most remarkable sites.
Begin your exploration with the Aswan High Dam, a modern engineering masterpiece that tamed the Nile River and provides much of Egypt’s electricity. Continue to the Unfinished Obelisk, an enormous granite monument that reveals ancient stone-cutting techniques and the ambition of Egypt’s builders. Conclude your tour with a visit to the enchanting Temple of Philae, dedicated to the goddess Isis. The temple was carefully relocated to Agilkia Island to protect it from flooding after the construction of the High Dam.
After your sightseeing, you will be transferred to your Nile Cruise for embarkation. Once on board, enjoy lunch and take in the serene views of the Nile. Enjoy breakfast on board as you sail past the Aswan Bridge and approach the twin temples of Kom Ombo. Your guide will lead you through this fascinating site, uniquely dedicated to two gods: Sobek, the crocodile-headed god of fertility, and Haroeris (Horus the Elder), the falcon-headed god. Don’t miss the small museum nearby, which houses mummified crocodiles and ancient medical instruments.
Return to the ship for lunch as the cruise continues toward Edfu. Upon arrival, visit the impressive Temple of Horus, one of the best-preserved temples in all of Egypt, dedicated to the falcon god Horus.

Begin with the legendary Valley of the Kings, the burial site of Egypt’s New Kingdom pharaohs, including the tomb of Tutankhamun. Next, visit the elegant Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari, an architectural masterpiece built into the cliffs of the desert mountains.
Before leaving, stop to admire the Colossi of Memnon — two massive stone statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III that have watched over the Theban necropolis for over 3,000 years.

First, visit Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque Grand Mosque, a masterpiece that served as a cathedral, mosque, and now a museum, showcasing centuries of Christian and Islamic heritage.
Next, head to Blue Mosque, celebrated for its stunning blue Iznik tiles and six towering minarets, a hallmark of Ottoman architecture.
Continue with a stop at Hippodrome, once the heart of Byzantine social life. Here, admire the Obelisk of Theodosius, Serpent Column, and German Fountain, each steeped in historical significance.

Early in the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel in Istanbul and transferred to the airport for your flight to either Kayseri or Nevşehir. Your tour starts with a visit to the unique rock formations of Devrent Valley, also known as Imagination Valley, where the natural rock shapes resemble animals and other imaginative figures. After breakfast, check out from your hotel. Around 9:30 am, you will be picked up by your tour guide to begin the full-day Cappadocia Green Tour. Your first stop will be the stunning Göreme Panorama, offering sweeping views over the valleys and fairy chimneys. Continue to explore the remarkable Derinkuyu Underground City, the deepest underground city in Cappadocia, where early Christians once sought refuge from invaders.
Next, enjoy a leisurely hike through the beautiful Ihlara Valley, famous for its lush greenery, rock formations, and ancient cave churches adorned with frescoes. Stop for lunch at a cozy riverside restaurant in Belisırma Village. Afterward, visit the impressive Selime Monastery, a vast complex carved into volcanic rock, and make a short stop at Yaprakhisar for a panoramic view that famously resembles a Star Wars movie setting.

Our multi-day Turkey packages are regular group/shared tour arrangements, not fully escorted tours with one tour leader and the same guests from arrival to departure. Licensed English-speaking guides lead scheduled sightseeing visits only. Guides do not travel with guests on domestic flights, intercity buses, airport transfers, hotel transfers, or free-time periods unless this is specifically stated in the itinerary. For flights, buses, and transfers, guests are met by our driver or local representative at airports, bus terminals, or hotels and assisted with the planned transfer.
