This tour starts in Cairo on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Nile cruises embark in Aswan on Monday, Wednesday or Friday.

Depending on Nile cruise availability for your chosen travel dates, we may need to adjust the order of the Egypt sightseeing and cruise days, including the Saqqara, Memphis and Dahshur Pyramids Tour. We will inform you if any changes are required.
Any adjustments will retain the listed visits and meals, 4 nights in Cairo, 3 nights aboard the Nile cruise, and the Cairo-to-Amman flight on Day 8. The tour remains 21 days / 20 nights.
You begin in Cairo, combining the Giza pyramids and Egyptian Museum with sites at Saqqara, Memphis, and Dahshur. A flight south leads into a three-night Nile Cruise, where guided visits alternate with time aboard between Aswan, Kom Ombo, Edfu, and Luxor. In Jordan, the route moves from Amman and Jerash to Petra, a Wadi Rum camp, and a slower night at the Dead Sea. Turkey finishes the trip with Istanbul, Pamukkale, Ephesus, and three active touring days in Cappadocia before returning to Istanbul.
On arrival at Cairo International Airport, our representative will meet you and assist with arrival procedures. You will then be transferred by private air-conditioned vehicle to your hotel in Cairo.

After breakfast, meet your private guide for a full-day tour. Start at the Giza Plateau to see the Great Pyramid of Cheops, the Pyramid of Chephren, and the Pyramid of Menkaure. Continue to the Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple.
After lunch at a local restaurant, visit the Egyptian Museum, which holds collections of ancient Egyptian and Pharaonic artifacts. You will then return to your hotel.

Check out early and transfer to Cairo International Airport for your included domestic flight to Aswan. On arrival, meet our representative and transfer to board your 5-star Nile Cruise.
Visit the Aswan High Dam, then take a boat to the island Temple of Philae, dedicated to the goddess Isis. Return to the cruise ship for lunch and free time on board.

After breakfast on board, sail toward Kom Ombo and disembark to visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to Sobek and Horus.
Continue sailing to Edfu for a visit to the Temple of Edfu. The cruise then continues toward Luxor through the Esna Lock. Dinner and onboard entertainment are included.
Overnight aboard the Nile Cruise.
After breakfast, cross to the West Bank of Luxor. Visit the Valley of the Kings, the burial place of many Egyptian pharaohs, then continue to the cliff-cut Temple of Queen Hatshepsut.
Before returning to the Nile, stop at the Colossi of Memnon. Return to your cruise ship for lunch, followed by a free afternoon on board.

After breakfast, set out for the Saqqara Necropolis to see the Step Pyramid of Djoser, an early monumental stone structure.
Continue to Memphis, the ancient capital, where you will see the statue of Ramses II and the Alabaster Sphinx. Your final stop is Dahshur, home to the Red Pyramid and Bent Pyramid. Return to your hotel in Cairo after the tour.

After breakfast, travel to Jerash, a Roman provincial city in the Middle East. Your guided visit includes the Hippodrome, Forum, Roman Colonnaded Street, Nymphaeum, Temple of Artemis, and North Theatre.
Return to Amman for a city tour. Visit the Amman Citadel and Roman Theater, then explore the downtown Souq and Rainbow Street before returning to your hotel.

After an early breakfast, travel to Petra. Walk through the Siq, a narrow rock passage, to reach the Treasury, also known as Al-Khazneh.
Continue with your local guide to the Royal Tombs, Street of Facades, and the rock-cut theater. After the tour, check in at your hotel.

After breakfast, travel to Wadi Rum. Take a 2-hour Jeep safari through the desert, with stops at rock inscriptions, natural formations, and viewpoints.

Before domestic flight tickets can be issued, we need each traveler’s full name exactly as printed in the passport, date of birth, passport number, and nationality. The name on the ticket is checked against the passport at the gate.

Flights & Transfers
- On flights luggage allowance is 15 kg per person for checked in luggage. For carry-on, you can take up to 8 kg per person. One carry-on is allowed per person.
- The normal arrival time in Istanbul is between 8:00 – 10:00 pm. If you are planning on reserving your plane back home that same day, we recommend you book a plane ticket from 1:00 am onwards, to avoid missing your flight.

On arrival in Cairo, you are met at Cairo International Airport and transferred to your hotel. The itinerary also includes the listed airport and hotel transfers for the Cairo, Amman, Istanbul, Denizli, Izmir, Kayseri or Nevşehir flight days, plus your departure transfer in Istanbul.
The route includes flights from Cairo to Aswan, Luxor to Cairo, Cairo to Amman, Amman to Istanbul, Istanbul to Denizli, Izmir to Kayseri or Nevşehir, and Cappadocia back to Istanbul. International flights to Cairo and from Istanbul after the tour are not included and must be arranged independently. Baggage allowances depend on the operating airline and ticket, so check the applicable allowance before packing.
Pace & Preparation
Most sightseeing days are full days, with early starts on several transfer and flight days. You walk through archaeological sites in Egypt, Jordan, and Turkey, including the Siq at Petra, plus hikes in Rose Valley and Ihlara Valley in Cappadocia. Expect uneven stone paths, steps, sun exposure, and periods on your feet, then use the Nile cruise and Dead Sea stay for lighter-paced time.
Spring and fall are generally the most comfortable periods for touring outdoor sites across Egypt, Jordan, and Turkey. Summer can be very hot in Cairo, Petra, Wadi Rum, and Cappadocia, while winter can bring cold conditions in Cappadocia and cooler weather elsewhere. Pack for changing conditions because the route covers desert areas, the Nile, cities, and central Anatolia.
Bring comfortable walking shoes with good grip for ruins, valley walks, and uneven ground. Lightweight layers work well for warm daytime touring, while a warmer layer is useful for early mornings, evenings, the Nile cruise, Wadi Rum, and Cappadocia. Wear clothing that covers your shoulders and knees when visiting mosques, and carry sun protection for open sites.
