Why choose this itinerary
This seven-day circuit starts from your Istanbul hotel with a 6:30 to 7:00 am pickup and runs down the Aegean coast before flying east. Day 1 covers the Gallipoli Peninsula, from Brighton Beach and ANZAC Cove to Ariburnu Cemetery and the ANZAC Commemorative Site, then a night in Canakkale. Day 2 links Troy’s 3,700-year-old walls with the Pergamon Acropolis on the way to Kusadasi, your base for the Pamukkale and Hierapolis day and the Ephesus day. On Day 4 you fly from Izmir to Kayseri or Nevsehir via Istanbul instead of spending a day on the road.
The seventh day sets this itinerary apart. Rather than flying out after the South tour, you keep a third night in the cave hotel and add the Green route: the Esentepe panorama over Goreme, then Derinkuyu Underground City, before the flight back to Istanbul. Day 6 already includes a 5 km walk through Rose Valley (Gulludere) between Red Valley and Cavusin, making Cappadocia the most active stretch of the trip. A sunrise hot air balloon ride on Day 5 is optional and paid separately.
It suits history-minded travelers who want Gallipoli, Troy, Pergamon and Ephesus in one sweep but do not want Cappadocia squeezed into two days, and are comfortable with early starts and a fair amount of walking.

Day-by-Day Itinerary
You will be picked up from your hotel in Istanbul between 6:30 and 7:00 am (pickup times may vary depending on your hotel location) to begin your journey to Eceabat, which takes approximately 5 hours. Upon arrival in Eceabat, lunch will be served before starting your full-day tour of the historic Gallipoli Peninsula.
The itinerary includes visits to the Memorials of Dardanelles, Brighton Beach, Beach Cemetery, ANZAC Cove, Ariburnu Cemetery, and the ANZAC Commemorative Site.
You’ll also visit the Respect to Mehmetçik Statue, Lone Pine Monument, Johnstons Jolly, Turkish 57th Infantry Regiment Cemetery, The Nek, and the Chunuk Bair New Zealand Memorial, offering a comprehensive insight into this significant battlefield.
After the tour ends around 4:30 pm, you will be transferred to your hotel in Çanakkale for check-in and overnight.

After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel around 8:30 am for a fully guided Troy and Pergamon Tour.
The tour begins with a visit to the Trojan Horse, followed by stops at the Sacrificial Altars and the 3,700-year-old city walls. You will explore the Houses of Troy I (3000 B.C. – 2500 B.C.), the Bouleuterion (Senate Building), and the Odeon (Concert Hall). The remains of various cities from Troy I through to Troy IX will also be part of the visit.
After concluding the Troy tour around 10:30 am, you will depart for Bergama. Upon arrival at 1:30 pm, lunch will be served before starting the fully guided Pergamon Acropolis tour.
In Pergamon, you will visit the ancient Acropolis, Library, which once held 200,000 books, Temple of Athena, Temple of Trajan, and the famous Altar of Zeus, now located in Berlin. You will also see the Gymnasium situated on terraces, Lower Agora, the Hellenistic Theater with a seating capacity of 10,000, and the Temple of Dionysus.
After the tour ends around 5:30 pm, you will depart for Selçuk, arriving at 8:00 pm, and then continue to Kuşadası, arriving by 8:30 pm. Upon arrival, you will check in to your hotel in Kuşadası.

After breakfast at around 7:30 am, you will be picked up from your Kuşadası hotel and taken to the meeting point in Selçuk, where the full group will gather. Your Pamukkale tour will begin with an 8:30 am departure from Selçuk, and the drive to Pamukkale will take approximately 3 hours. Along the way, there will be a 10-minute stop for a restroom break after 1.5 hours.
Upon arriving in Pamukkale at around 11:45 am, you will first enjoy lunch. After lunch, at approximately 1:00 pm, your guided tour of Pamukkale and the Hierapolis area will commence, led by a professional licensed tour guide. In Pamukkale, you will witness the breathtaking Cotton Cliffs, a natural wonder formed by calcareous salt deposits.
You will also explore the ancient ruins of the City of Hierapolis, including its basilica, theatre, and Roman Baths. At the end of the guided tour, you will have some free time to explore on your own. As an optional activity, you may choose to swim in the Pamukkale Antique Pools (at your own expense) during this free time. Your tour guide will provide details about the exact meeting point and time.
After the tour ends at around 4:00 pm, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Kuşadası, with an expected arrival time of approximately 7:30 pm.

After breakfast, check out of your hotel at around 8:30 am. You will then be picked up to begin your full-day tour of Ephesus, the ancient Greek city that played a vital role as a cultural and commercial hub in its time. During your visit, you’ll explore key highlights such as the Temple of Hadrian, the Ephesus Ancient Greek Theatre, and the Trajan Fountain.
After lunch, the tour continues with a visit to the House of the Virgin Mary, where it is believed she spent her last years. Next, you will pass by the Temple of Artemis, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, though little remains of the structure today.
Then, you’ll explore the beautiful Isa Bey Mosque, a fine example of Seljuk architecture.
After the tour, at approximately 4:00 pm, you will be transferred to Izmir Airport for your late evening flight to Kayseri or Nevşehir, with a connection in Istanbul. Upon arrival, our representative holding a sign with your name will meet you and transfer you to your hotel in Cappadocia for check-in.

Drifting above the fairy chimneys and rock-cut settlements as the sun rises is a truly spectacular experience. After breakfast at your hotel, your guide will gather the group at approximately 9:30 AM for a full-day exploration of North Cappadocia’s most remarkable landscapes. The first stop is Devrent Valley, where wind-sculpted rock formations take on the shapes of animals and mythical figures — a striking introduction to the region’s extraordinary geology that sets the tone for the day ahead.
By 10:15 AM, the group continues to Pasabag Valley, famous for its towering mushroom-shaped fairy chimneys. Some of these remarkable formations were hollowed out and used as hermit shelters by early monks, and their unusual multi-capped silhouettes make them among the most photographed sights in all of Cappadocia.
Around 11:00 AM, the group arrives in Avanos, where you’ll visit a traditional pottery workshop. Artisans demonstrate techniques passed down through generations, shaping clay drawn from the banks of the Red River — a craft that has defined this town for centuries.
At approximately 12:00 PM, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in Avanos with your fellow travelers. After the meal, the group sets off for the afternoon’s explorations.
By 1:15 PM, join fellow travelers at a panoramic viewpoint overlooking Göreme, where a sweeping vista reveals the valley’s cave dwellings and rock-cut churches from above, offering a sense of just how deeply human history is carved into this landscape.
Around 1:45 PM, your guide will lead the group to the Zelve Open Air Museum, an abandoned rock-cut village that once supported a thriving community. Wander through ancient cave dwellings, churches adorned with faded frescoes, and a mosque carved directly into the stone — all offering a vivid picture of daily life in Cappadocia’s volcanic terrain.
By 3:00 PM, the group makes a final stop at Uchisar Castle, the tallest point in Cappadocia. Admire this towering rock fortress from the outside, its honeycomb surface riddled with rooms and tunnels that once served as both homes and defensive lookouts. After breakfast at the hotel, around 9:30 am, you will be picked up and met by your tour guide to begin your full-day South Cappadocia Tour. Your guide will provide a brief overview of the day’s activities before starting with a visit to the stunning Red Valley. Here, you’ll have the chance to explore the famous rock-cut churches and enjoy a scenic 5 km hike through the colorful landscapes of Rose Valley (Güllüdere Vadisi).
Following the hike, your tour continues with a visit to Çavuşin Village, a charming place known for its historical houses and churches, which were once home to Christian clergymen. After exploring the village, you will stop for lunch around noon to refuel for the afternoon.
After lunch, you’ll head to the beautiful Pigeon Valley (Güvercinlik Vadisi), where you can marvel at the pigeon houses carved into the cliffs. In the afternoon, your tour will take you to either the Kaymaklı Underground City or Özkonak Underground City, both fascinating examples of ancient subterranean life where early Christians sought refuge from persecution.

After breakfast around 9:30 am, you will be picked up from your hotel to join the full-day Green Tour of Cappadocia. The day starts with a visit to Esentepe, offering a stunning panoramic view of Göreme. This spot is ideal for capturing the enchanting landscape of the Göreme Valley. From there, the tour takes you to the Derinkuyu Underground City, a remarkably well-preserved subterranean complex dating back to the Hittites and later utilized by early Christians. This ancient city, with its intricate design including stables, kitchens, living rooms, and bedrooms, provides a unique glimpse into historical survival strategies.
Next on the itinerary is the Ihlara Valley, where you embark on a scenic 4 km hike. This beautiful valley, dotted with small churches from the early Christian period, is a peaceful haven with a meandering stream and the gentle sounds of nature. Before domestic flight tickets can be issued, we need each traveler’s full name exactly as printed in the passport, date of birth, passport number, and nationality. The name on the ticket is checked against the passport at the gate.

Flights & Transfers
- On flights luggage allowance is 15 kg per person for checked in luggage. For carry-on, you can take up to 8 kg per person. One carry-on is allowed per person.
- The normal arrival time in Istanbul is between 8:00 – 10:00 pm. If you are planning on reserving your plane back home that same day, we recommend you book a plane ticket from 1:00 am onwards, to avoid missing your flight.

Yes, airport transfers are included in the tour price. This covers pick-up from your hotel in Istanbul and transfer to the airport, as well as all airport-hotel transfers throughout the tour. However, please note that when you return to Istanbul at the end of the tour, the service will conclude at either Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Transfer to your hotel or chosen address from the airport will not be provided, so you will need to arrange this on your own.

Yes, you can swim in the Pamukkale Antique Pools during your free time. This activity is optional and comes at an additional cost. The tour guide will provide you with the exact meeting point and time for rejoining the group afterward.
On domestic flights in Turkey, the luggage allowance is 15 kg (33 lbs) per person for checked baggage. For carry-on luggage, you are allowed one piece weighing up to 8 kg (17.6 lbs) per person. If your total luggage weight per person is within these limits, you should be fine.
Please note that any excess luggage weight over 15 kg for checked baggage will incur additional charges by the airlines. These extra charges are not included in the tour price and are your responsibility to pay directly to the airline at the time of check-in. We recommend packing accordingly to avoid any unexpected fees.
Your luggage is your own responsibility throughout the tour. Please ensure that you handle any issues related to overweight or excess baggage directly with the airlines.
If you need to cancel or change your travel dates, notify One Nation Travel at least 5 days before the tour starts. For requests received at least 5 days before the tour starts, the cost of all non-refundable flight and bus tickets will be deducted from your paid balance. For requests received less than 5 days before the tour starts, and for no-shows, the full amount paid is non-refundable.
Our multi-day Turkey packages are regular group/shared tour arrangements, not fully escorted tours with one tour leader and the same guests from arrival to departure. Sightseeing tours are shared and usually operate with about 15-20 guests, but group size and participants may change by city or day as travelers join or leave different scheduled tours. Licensed English-speaking guides lead scheduled sightseeing visits only. Guides do not travel with guests on domestic flights, intercity buses, airport transfers, hotel transfers, or free-time periods unless this is specifically stated in the itinerary.
